CFM Air Equipment is also a factory-trained and respected service agent for all makes and models of compressed air equipment. We offer repair and maintenance services, but more than that, a complete package of services to maintain your business processes without interruption.

Our service department consists of highly skilled factory-trained technicians who are kept current in the latest procedures. All technicians are trained to handle your emergency and trouble-shooting requirements. Our service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Preventive Maintenance

Our service department will handle your preventative maintenance program. When you tell us to take care of your equipment, we maintain records of running hours, services performed, services recommended, and any other problems noted. We call you when service is due to be performed and modify the scheduling of service to match your changing needs and keep your cost as low as possible. We will work with you to make your maintenance budget stretch as far as possible. There is no phony contract to sign and no advance payment required. You pay for the service you actually receive as you receive it.

Air End Rebuilding

Rotary Screw air ends maintain their efficiency right up to the time when their bearings begin to fail. Depending on the type of air end you have and the speed it runs at, it could last anywhere from 30,000 to 80,000 hours before needing to be rebuilt. Here's where an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Complete failure of a rotary screw air end can be fairly catastrophic. The air end could seize, rotors or castings could crack or break, or enough wear could take place to make the parts completely unusable.

If you notice higher operating temperatures, noisier operation, difficulty in keeping up with demand, or just have a lot of hours on your machine, you can save a lot of money by having the air end rebuilt before it fails completely. Our service department can overhaul your air end and bring it back to like-new condition and efficiency for much less than the cost of a factory rebuilt unit.
