CFM Air Equipment was established in Calgary and has been operational since 1965. CFM Air markets air compressors, pumps, blowers, dryers, replacement parts, equipment rentals and services all makes of compressors, air equipment and dryers. CFM Air is the exclusive distributor in Canada for Air Products Cactus and Prism membrane dryers, an authorized distributor for the DeVair line of compressors and dryers, and the authorized distributor for the Sullivan Palatek line of compressors and dryers in Alberta. As of April 2008, CFM Air Equipment became an authorized distributor for the Legris Transair advanced pipe systems.

Since January 1st 2006, CFM Air expanded its offering to include fire pump equipment sales and service.

CFM Air services over 1,200 customers from an 18,000 square foot facility located in Calgary. The markets served are primarily the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Industries serviced include oil & gas, mining, agriculture, building maintenance, government, automobile, fertilizer and power.
